Quincy & Dave | A Country Engagement

last week i was back in alberta for 10 days, and i got photograph the ultimate country engagement session with quincy and dave 😉 – quincy is a friend of a friend, and i couldn’t have been happier when she asked me to be her wedding photographer. this girl is crazy fun and beautiful and i am SO excited to take the road trip back to the “village of beiseker” in august for their big day! (With Justine Russo as my second shooter!!)  – dave was a total gentleman the whole session and was so great at doing whatever i asked him to do ~ they both totally rocked it and i know their wedding is going to be even more enchanting!!

one interesting and slightly entertaining fact from their session is that quincy had emailed me a couple days before and asked if we could do some photos in with their cows…. and even though i grew up on a farm my entire life in a farming community… I AM TERRIFIED OF COWS!! like full on, heart palpitations, hyperventilation TERRIFIED. i thought i did pretty good, thanks to my good friend Tonay who came with me to the session to “guard me”… HAHA!!! i know it sounds ridiculous, but i guess some are afraid of spiders, and others are afraid of cows ! 😉

thank you so much quincy and dave for choosing me to capture these huge moments for you guys, i can’t wait until we get to do it again in august!!

enjoy! ~
