It is so important for us to offer cinema because it is such a huge part of our own story. Peter and I eloped in Bali with just the two of us. We spent weeks writing our own vows knowing they would be the foundation of our marriage and we wanted those words to be exchanged without distraction, but it still felt like something was missing. We love our family and friends deeply and we wanted a way to include them, so we hired a cinematographer.

A few months later our closest friends and family gathered at what they thought was going to be our wedding ceremony but, to their surprise, was really was a marriage blessing where we shared our secret Bali elopement highlight film (surprise!).

There wasn’t a dry eye to be seen when the film was done.  Everyone was able to share in a piece of those intimate moments as they witnessed us exchanging vows. They heard the quiver in our voices and watched our secret day unfold in motion picture. Peter and I both agree that sharing our experience with our friends and family was just as magical if not even more special as our intimate elopement. Video gave us the best of both worlds.
