oh my goodnesssss. i cannot believe i am just getting to blog this NOW… seems like it was forever ago that we were walking the streets of paris with boris and clementine. in july, scott and i were so blessed to visit france to photograph marjo & brunos fairytale wedding, and clementine is marjolaine’s sister, who lives in paris! after the wedding in vernon, france, we spent our last couple days in europe in the beautiful “city of lights”, and it was a dream come true to get to shoot these two infront of the eiffel tower. boris has lived in paris his whole life, and he was so crazy welcoming and kind that he took the entire day off to show scott and i around. that evening, clem finished work and met us down by the tower and we had SO much fun doing this little session for them to show our appreciation of their hospitality in their city.

boris is also an amazing photographer at DBY photographie, so i was SO EXCITED when he offered to snap a few shots of scott and i at the end of their session. scott and i seriously cannot thank him enough for these images and we can’t wait to get this one in particular blown up and hanging on our wall to remind us of this once in a lifetime adventure. when traveling places like paris, its not the easiest to hand off my canon 5d mark iii to a complete stranger and ask them to take a photo for us, so there tends to be a lot of “selfies” and self-timer shots when it is safe to do so, ha! so these few images mean so much to us. we were so blessed throughout our whole trip to europe with the many friendships that were made along the way. we already can’t wait to go back again to visit everyone and to make more memories, and we are hoping that they all come to canada so we can host them in our beautiful country as well! thanks again for spending the day with us boris and clem!! you guys are awesome and we hope to see you again soon!! xo
