5 years they had been engaged and you could see how perfectly them their elopement was. their kids playing in the background as they had an incredibly spiritual and meaningful ceremony performed by kelvin ho in one of the most beautiful places on earth. miles of white sand as far as you could see on either side, and as soon as their ceremony ended they were blessed with one of the biggest full rainbows i’d ever seen.

she grabbed his hand and they walked along the beach. the light was hazy and filled with color from the setting sun and they walked off into the distance. she turned and playfully swung her dress back and forth and then they started to dance.

the wind may have been blowing a million miles an hour, it may have rained and stormed all around us but there was still so much beauty and calm with these two. as the rain drops poured down harder and harder they just stood there together quietly as if they didn’t even notice the drops. i recognized this sense of steadiness between them, the calm and peace within the storm.
