Wedding Welcome Signs

An easy, simple and easily customizable welcome sign option. Many venues have easels available for use upon request, which is a great way to save on costs a little. Enhance it with florals to match your wedding decor!
Another example making use of an easel. This couple opted for an acrylic sign in place of a wooden one.
Another example of an easel, but with a mirrored sign. A bit challenging for photos, but a very cool in person sign!
We love the idea of using something, such as a frame, that can be repurposed later on, such as a frame for one of their stunning wedding portraits.
If you’re at a private estate, chances are your guests already know exactly whose wedding their at. Keeping signage as simple as directing guests to the ceremony and parking was perfect for this venue!

Wedding Guest Books

This couple (me, it was me – this is from my wedding haha), instead of a traditional guest book, wanted something that could be displayed in their home after. I used a vinyl from my dad’s collection and spray coated it so it could be written on with a metallic sharpie without bleeding. It perfectly tied in with my retro theme!
Polaroid photo guest books have been on the rise and we totally get why. It’s fun for your guests and such a fun way for the couple to look back on and remember their special day.
Surfboard, Hawaii and tropical flower arrangements go hand in hand. We love this unique guest book that can be put on display at the couple’s home as a way to forever remember their day.

We’ve seen this style of wedding guest “book” on the rise, especially the wooden heart shaped ones, but we’re loving this sea turtle version that adds a touch of Hawaii.

Wedding Reception Seating Charts

We loved this stunning welcome table/seating chart display! The baskets of flowers were repurposed from their ceremony to enhance the setup. Along with a card box and polaroid guestbook, they kept the seating chart simple by using frames with a printed list for each table.
A simple, yet eloquent seating chart. This couple used a vintage mirror as a way to display their seating assignments.
A surfboard seating chart for a destination Hawaii wedding seems very on brand! We love how simple this is for their guests to navigate thanks to the assignments being listed in alphabetical order.
If you’re a DIY couple, this is a great option. Easily change the frame color and designs on the prints to match your wedding theme!
This couple took engagement photos with us on their wedding planning visit to Hawaii and showcased those on their escort card table. The little fern on each escort card is so cute!
Another great DIY option (if you or someone close to you has great handwriting), or a great way to connect with a local vendor that specializes in calligraphy!
This, again, is from my wedding. For the seating chart, I had my now husband create a custom display that had white heart shaped sunglasses with each guests name and their table assignment on it (as you can see Micah above wearing). It doubled as a fun prop for each guest throughout the night! Bonus: I created these “newspapers” that were trifolded and placed at each place setting. It was filled with fun facts about us, the evening’s timeline, our hashtag, a QR code for photos and more!

Wedding Reception Table Numbers

This couple had photos of each the bride and groom at the respective age of the table. Such a unique and nostalgic way to add a personal touch!
Etsy is full of creatives that sell adorable table number signs such as this. We love how well it fit in with the theme.
A simple, yet effective table sign. This was purchased on Etsy and they have several color options to fit your theme.

Wedding Reception Bar Menu

This speciality bar menu is stunning and epitomizes a Hawaii wedding.
Their open bar sign tied in perfectly with their table numbers, creating a cohesiveness. The bar menu itself is a clean, easy to read design with the perfect touch of florals to enhance it. This couple also had customized stir sticks with their initials and cocktail napkins with fun facts about each other.
Another straight forward, easy to navigate bar menu. We love how the couple included their dog by naming the bar after him and included his photo.
The simplicity of this is perfect. A few candles and flowers for aesthetics alongside a beautiful custom-made calligraphy bar menu.
This was from my wedding and I also included my furry friends by naming our signature drinks after them and having stir sticks with the pups faces etched on them. The ikebana flower arrangement perfectly enhanced the vintage votives and simple framed menu.

We hope you’ve found some inspiration in these photos. Need some inspo for wedding bouquets? Check out this blog with the ultimate wedding bouquet collection!
