The day started with excitement and anticipation as Mollie and Jonathan prepared for their union. With the backdrop of the Sheraton Poipu, Mollie dazzled in her Grace Loves Lace wedding dress, adorned with a waterfall braid that perfectly complemented her tropical bouquet featuring the majestic king protea. Jonathan was a picture of elegance in his dark blue suit, accentuated by a Maile and white orchid lei, a nod to the island’s rich floral heritage.

The first look, set against the mesmerizing ocean views, was a heartfelt moment that set the tone for the day. Surrounded by their bridal party, they radiated happiness and love, creating unforgettable memories captured through our lens.

The ceremony took place at the picturesque Iliahi Estates, nestled in the mountains of Lihue. Guests were greeted with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, framed by a wooden square arch adorned with native Hawaiian flora such as fan palms, eucalyptus, anthirums, proteas, and shell ginger, adding a touch of natural elegance to the setting.

Local musician Cory Mira serenaded the guests as they enjoyed refreshing Fresh Shave shave ice, signature cocktails, and delectable pupus, immersing everyone in the island’s vibrant spirit during cocktail hour.

As the sun began to set, Mollie and Jonathan, guided by Bradyhouse Studios, explored the enchanting property, capturing moments of pure love amidst the bamboo forest, cobblestone pathways, and the charming plantation house, creating a timeless collection of photographs that encapsulated the romance of Hawaii.

The reception, held under a clear top tent illuminated by market lights, was a feast for the senses. Heartfelt speeches from family members, the traditional first dance, and cutting of the exquisite 3-tier cake adorned with orchids and proteas marked the beginning of an evening filled with laughter, love, and dancing.

DJ Mike from Kustom Sounds Kauai kept the energy high, ensuring an unforgettable night of celebration and joy as Mollie and Jonathan danced the night away with their loved ones, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.
