you could almost see his heart beating out of his chest. he stood there in the most magical rainforest i could have ever imagined, and waited as his beautiful girl walked towards him. she tapped him on the shoulder and he slowly turned. there didn’t need to be any words, and the love in that moment moved me. it gave me goosebumps and made my heart flutter. witnessing a love so real and tangible, just by the way he looked at her was magical. her face lit up as soon as he turned, she smiled cutely, and tried to hold back the tears of pure happiness. they stood there in that moment for a long time, just taking it in. no words. he couldn’t take his eyes off of her, and the emotion was pouring out of both of them. they hugged and laughed and cried. a moment that i know they will cherish forever, and one that i am so grateful to have been a part of.

the whole day was filled with laughter. not just the every day laughter that we all are used to, but the kind that warms your insides. the kind that makes your heart happy and almost makes you shiver with emotion. the love of the people surrounding tiff and dave on this amazing day was phenomenal. everything was straight from a story-book, and there is no doubt in anyone’s mind that these two ~ they were made for eachother. scott and i are so grateful for being able to be a part of something so amazing, and for all of the new friends we made on this trip to maui. everyone was so incredibly welcoming, and by the end of the night we were out on the dance floor with everyone, and felt as close as family. these are some of the most kind and genuine people i have met, and i will let the images tell the rest of their story 🙂

congratulations once again tiff and dave. we love you guys and already can’t wait to meet up when we are back in calgary this summer. we are so excited for you both, and are grateful to call you both friends!! thank you again, and enjoy! <3
