we got into the vintage cadilllac convertible and headed to Casa DuPont for the bride and groom portraits with brittani and jesse. the rain was coming down on the windshield but we had high hopes for a magical sunset, and as amazing as it was, we got everything we wished for and more. after being at the mansion for about 10 minutes, the rain stopped. brittani and jesse slowly walked up the trail towards the cliff, and it was if the clouds parted and the sun was beaming down on only them. the moment left me speechless. i just stood there and took everything in. they slowly stopped walking and faced eachother. i looked back at kaihla and almost wanted to cry because it was so beautiful. brittani so badly wished for a sunset, and we got one of the most beautiful ones i had ever seen. life really is as enchanted as you make it.

later in the evening as they started their first dance, all the guests began to yell and point to the sky. there was the brightest shooting star we all had ever seen directly above them. if that doesn’t say fairytale, i’m not sure what does. brittani and jesse are two of the sweetest, happiest people i know. they have an amazing group of friends who we so enjoyed getting to know over the last week, and it is incredible to see how much love surrounds them. brittani is stunning inside and out. she was a true princess bride and i couldn’t get over how beautiful she was. almost angelic in one of the most fabulous wedding dresses I have ever seen (check out all that glitter! ;)). i am so SO honored to have gotten the oppertunity to share in their fairytale over the last week in beautiful varadero, cuba, and I am so thankful for all the new friendships that were made! congrats again britt & jess! we love you guys!!! xox
