Madison and Brandon | South Shore Kaua’i Day-After Wedding Adventure Session

Why have only traditional wedding photos or adventure wedding photos when you can have both?! Sometimes you can have your cake and eat it too, which is exactly what Madison and Brandon decided to do! They had their wedding with their family and friends at one of our favorite venues on the south shore of Kaua’i, The Beach House, and then met up with us the following day to get their feet a bit dirty and have some fun by the ocean.

Having an adventure session after your wedding is such a great way to celebrate your marriage more intimately and a great excuse to reuse your wedding attire and florals. No longer having to worry about keeping her lacey white dress clean, Madison and Brandon ventured through the red dirt trails and down the beach. From horses to open fields with mountain views, to cliffs overlooking the ocean and then down to the beach, they had such a fun time adventuring with Peter. With all the variety this location has to offer, it’s pretty obvious why it’s one of our favorite locations to shoot at.

As the sun began to set, the golden light shined above the peak of the mountain, illuminating Madison and Brandon as they leaned in for a kiss near the horse pasture. The sky had the most beautiful, soft shades of pink and blue as they walked hand in hand through the field. What a beautiful way to spend their first day officially as husband and wife!
