These two messaged us when we were out camping on a random day off. They had one more day on Kaua’i and decided to get some photos done for their engagement so we drove back south and met them that night for the most epic impromptu Kauai engagement session! Love this job and how we never know what’s coming up or the cool people we are going to meet.

They weren’t sure where they wanted to shoot so we took them to a few of our favorite spots that had good location variety on the south side of Kauai and we got blessed with the most vibrant and beautiful colors and scenery. The flowers were even blooming so we got to get that beautiful purple pop of color for a few portraits on the way to the main location. We wandered around the cliffs and chatted about their upcoming wedding plans and how amazing their Kauai vacation had been going so far and we also gave them a few cool tips of our favorite places not to miss before their flight home. The sunset light was hitting the Kauai cliffs perfectly and even got to get in a little visit with the CJM horses as the golden light was pouring in. Something about this set is just so joyful and colorful, the perfect Kauai evening for a last minute engagement shoot! Enjoy!
