We snuck out of the reception into the calm fresh air. The sun lit up the sky like a watercolor painting and the specks in the air sparkled like pixie dust as they were drizzled in silky orange light. She moves with grace and elegance, and he is strong and steady. Her prince. They walked out onto the path overlooking the valley and began to slowly sway as they held eachother and whispered softly. She always wanted a fairytale wedding, and on this day, she was a real life princess and Jeff, her prince. Her dream had come true.

The day was slow paced and filled with emotion. I loved spending the morning with the girls as they got ready for the day. The incredible Trena Laine was the makeup artist and all of the girls looked absolutely stunning. Helena put on her gown and walked down the stairs to see her dad for the first time, and even I teared up watching their reactions to one another. He told her how beautiful she was, and that he had thought about this moment ever since they moved into that home when she was 13 years old. Walking down the stairs in her beautiful wedding dress, taking everyone’s breath away who saw her. The guys got ready in the church library as they pep talked and prayed for Jeff. His mom came in to see him and they both broke down in tears. Happy tears. What wonderful moments. A perfect day.

Congratulations Helena and Jeff, and thank you so much to you guys and your families for allowing Scott and I to be a part of your fairytale. We are so excited for you two and this next chapter, and we are so grateful for the new friendships that have been made. Here are a few of my favorite photographs from the day:)

ceremony selfie! Jeff and Helena are preserving their photographs with an H.H.Boogie Unbound Album, so they took some quiet time together to pick some wild flowers to dry out and keep in their handcrafted box so they would always remember:)a real life princess. nothing ends a wedding like a sparkler exit selfie! congrats again friends!!
