The day began with preparations at the Grand Hyatt Kauai, followed by a private first look at the gardens. Chuck and Ebony shared an emotional moment as they saw each other for the first time, surrounded by lush greenery and the serene beauty of the venue. Their wedding planner, Lisa, then guided the couple through a sneak peek of the reception setup. Guests were greeted by a stunning greenery wall at the entrance, with seating assignments hand-lettered on monstera leaves. Inside, suspended disco balls, vines, and twinkle lights created a whimsical tropical ambiance, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of this Hawaii wedding destination.

The ceremony took place under a majestic banyan tree, offering a serene and intimate setting. Bamboo chairs lined the aisle, adorned with crescent-shaped floral arrangements, while Aunty Nalani’s conch shell call marked Ebony’s entrance. The couple incorporated a traditional Hawaiian coconut ceremony, followed by vows officiated by Chuck’s brother, creating a deeply meaningful and personalized experience.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed handcrafted cocktails, appetizers by Chef Leo, and live music on the garden lawn. The reception featured Chuck and Ebony’s grand entrance, first dance, and a champagne tower celebration. Throughout the evening, guests shared laughter, heartfelt speeches, and a moving performance of “At Last” sang by Chuck’s sister, all captured beautifully by Bradyhouse Studios.

Chuck and Ebony’s wedding at the National Tropical Botanical Garden on Kauai exemplifies why this location is among the most magical Hawaii wedding destinations. From the lush tropical backdrop to the intimate ceremony and elegant reception details, every moment was perfectly framed by nature’s beauty. Bradyhouse Studios is proud to have documented this unforgettable celebration, creating timeless memories that the couple will cherish forever.
