Over a year ago these two got married under a rainbow on Kauai (click HERE to see), and when they found out we were going to be in Alberta for 48 hours they called me up and asked if we could meet for some anniversary photos! We were on our way to Bikini Town and they drove to meet us halfway at the beautiful Emerald Lake, and we really just chatted and wandered around taking photographs here and there. They got in a canoe as the sun was getting lower and the lake was glowing blue, and just for a second, I caught a glimpse of a rainbow flair as Christina reached out to the water. Sometimes magic just follows people wherever they go, and after getting to spend some time with these two it’s clear why it follows them.

One of the best parts of our job is getting to meet so many amazing couples, and this shoot really felt more like a catch up with old friends than anything else. So grateful for their friendship and can’t wait until next time we’re back to see what kind of adventures we will go on! Happy 1 year (and like, 2 months;)) anniversary you guys! Thankful for you two!
